Last updated: January 2026. These Terms govern your participation in the Coldbet Partners affiliate programme. By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Coldbet Partners (operated under coldbet-partner.com) is the official affiliate programme for the Coldbet brand. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between the affiliate ("Partner") and Coldbet Partners ("we", "us", "our").
To participate you must: (a) be 18 years of age or older; (b) operate within jurisdictions where affiliate marketing for gambling is lawful; (c) not be a resident of jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited; (d) not be a current employee or family member of Coldbet.
We offer the following commission structures:
We operate a no negative carryover policy. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice.
All conversions are tracked via our proprietary platform with 30-day cookie duration using last-click attribution. Partners may integrate server-to-server postbacks, pixel tracking, and sub-IDs. Coldbet Partners reserves the right to audit tracking data and dispute fraudulent conversions.
Payments are processed weekly. The minimum payout threshold is $50. Supported methods include Visa, Mastercard, SEPA bank transfer, Skrill, USDT, and Bitcoin. Payments are made in USD unless otherwise agreed. Partners are responsible for all applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions:
Coldbet Partners grants a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved promotional materials solely for affiliate marketing purposes. You may not modify logos, trademarks, or creative assets without prior written approval.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all pending commissions for legitimately tracked conversions prior to termination will be paid at the next scheduled payment cycle.
Coldbet Partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate programme. Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the preceding 90 days.
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
